In this position, you will take charge of vital administrative responsibilities within a busy clinical workplace. As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining confidentiality of records through Accuro EMR. Your expertise in a medical office setting will greatly enhance our team's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and coordination of patient appointments • Successfully handle patient inquiries and triage calls • Process daily EMR documentation and patient communications • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records • Support smooth operations within the healthcare team
Requirements: • Medical Office Administration and Terminology Certificate required • At least 1 year of experience in a medical office • Familiarity with Accuro EMR systems • Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities • Strong organizational skills and a patient-focused attitude
