Key Responsibilities:
• Serve food and beverages following established guidelines
• Handle guest alcohol consumption assessments responsibly
• Facilitate training sessions for new serving staff
• Manage service escalations and operational queries
• Complete shift opening and closing checklists
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent mandatory
• At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven abilities in leadership and cash management
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required
