Be a key player in health and safety at Black & McDonald as an Onsite Safety Advisor. Ensure compliance and develop safety strategies in industrial and commercial locations.As a critical asset to our team, you will evaluate and monitor health and safety hazards while implementing effective control measures. A bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent along with 3-5 years of practical experience in the field is required. This position demands a solid familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct safety audits and environmental evaluations- Assess worksites to identify compliance issues- Write and manage incident and inspection reports- Advise supervisors on appropriate safety procedures- Collaborate in developing health and safety programsRequirements:- 3-5 years’ experience in HSE, especially in construction- Relevant degree or diploma in health and safety- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HSE databases- Knowledge of ESA, TSSA, and CSA standards- Strong hazard recognition and risk assessment skillsContribute to a safer work environment with Black & McDonald by applying your health and safety expertise.#J-18808-Ljbffr
