Key Responsibilities:



• Tack and weld steel components for open-web joists • Interpret shop blueprints and specifications accurately • Set up and operate MIG Welding equipment • Ensure proper assembly and alignment of metal parts • Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S standards

Requirements: • Two years of MIG welding experience preferred • CWB Certification is necessary • Basic reading and math skills in English • Team-oriented with strong safety awareness • Ability to lift and work at production pace
