As a Design Consultant, you'll be responsible for enhancing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the home design journey. You will engage in detailed consultations, provide tailored recommendations, and manage multiple projects efficiently. This role not only requires solid communication skills but also a proactive approach to resolve any disputes, fulfilling every homeowner's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in all Design Studio operations, from research to customer service
• Host open house hours, guiding customers through available options




• Monitor scheduling of customer appointments and support staff
• Deliver exceptional service from initial contact to project closure
• Prepare and maintain samples and administrative support in the Studio
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience working directly with clients
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel for in-person training in Ottawa
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
