This casual role involves working under the Allied Health Manager, with responsibilities in Complex Continuing Care. You will independently screen patients, prioritize treatment plans, and foster a safe healthcare setting. Providing mentorship and conducting research are also part of this meaningful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nutritional consultation and patient screening
• Collect and interpret health data for assessments
• Establish priorities for individualized treatment plans
• Mentor dietetic students and supervise personnel
• Conduct practice-based research to enhance care
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or equivalent
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Experience in Diabetes Education preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
