and smooth order processing Maintain customer and project data in the system and support delivery schedule follow-up and contract tracking Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service Prepare reports and support sales-related activities and marketing campaigns Your qualifications: Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Initial experience in internal sales, sales support, or a customer-facing commercial role Structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and internal stakeholders Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP or CRM systems Positive English skills (C1) #J-18808-Ljbffr
