This long-term contract role focuses on guiding multidisciplinary squads in implementing Scaled Agile practices as part of the Enterprise Applications Delivery team. You'll collaborate with Project Managers and Tech Leads to maintain alignment on project priorities and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration. Your expertise will ensure team effectiveness and help to drive the ongoing Agile transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach teams in Scaled Agile methods and practices
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives




• Maintain focus and predictability in team workflows
• Partner with Product Owners for backlog readiness
• Resolve daily impediments and cross-team dependencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related
• 5+ years in large projects, with 3 years as Scrum Master
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Bilingual in English and French
