This role includes greeting visitors, handling customer inquiries, and general office duties. The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and customer-service related responsibilities Main Responsibilities:





Greet and welcome visitors professionally? Answer and direct incoming phone calls? Receive and manage Purolator packages Manage and maintain the kitchen/common area? Provide general administrative and reception support? Assist with day-to-day office tasks using Microsoft 365? Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of reception/administrative experience? Strong customer service and communication skills? Comfortable answering phones and greeting visitors? Professional appearance and demeanor? Robust Microsoft 365 skills? Reliable and available for the full short-term assignment?
