At AIMCo, the Talent Enablement Associate plays a vital role in various HR functions including learning, engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations for multiple programs. This is a 12-month fixed-term position focused on supporting a agile workforce.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate employee engagement and onboarding initiatives • Prepare communications and program materials • Maintain project plans and documentation • Administer AIMCo’s Learning Management System • Compile and analyze learning and engagement data
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field • 1-3 years of experience in HR or program administration • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written communication abilities • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities
