Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead the department, grow the Aquatics program, and manage staff, budget, and safety across facilities. You will oversee swim programs, lessons, teams, and instruction while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 2 years in customer service, coaching/instruction, lifeguarding, and supervisory/management experience, plus lifeguard and CPR certifications. Solid leadership and communication are essential.
