City of Toronto, Parks & Recreation Division, seeks an experienced manager to lead strategic financial planning across operating and capital budgets. You will influence Council-aligned priorities, manage multi-year plans, and drive financial governance in a complex, multi-stakeholder setting.

You will supervise staff, oversee budget development, and ensure compliance with collective agreements and corporate policy while delivering innovative budgeting solutions and performance reporting.
