Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking a Manager, SMB Sales to lead a current Point of Sale Centre of Excellence within Rogers Business.

This role will recruit, onboard and coach a team of POS Growth Specialists and drive national POS activation, product penetration and customer experience objectives. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of people leadership in sales and 7+ years in payment processing or fintech, with strong coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
