As a part of the Outpatient Services team, you will need to have training in CBT, with experience in IPT preferred. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clinical assessments and create therapeutic plans
• Deliver individual and group therapies based on evidence
• Provide consultative services to community partners




• Facilitate psychoeducational groups effectively
• Assist in case management and discharge processes
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses
• 3-5 years of community mental health experience preferred
• Familiarity with mental health legislation and policies
• Proven ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
