Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale integration and modernization initiatives within a financial services environment. This role will drive cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners, ensuring successful execution of complex technology programs. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of integration and transformation programs. Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology. Drive API, cloud, data, platform, and third-party integrations. Facilitate technical design discussions and remove delivery roadblocks. Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders.



Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements. 8+ years of technology program management experience. 5+ years within banking, fintech, payments, treasury, or financial services. Experience leading enterprise integrations, platform modernization, or M&A integrations. Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies (AWS preferred), microservices, payments, and financial platforms. Experience managing complex cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
