detail-oriented work Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team High attention to detail and a commitment to quality A positive attitude and willingness to learn A strong focus on safety and continuous improvement Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components to a high standard of quality Complete detailed, precision-based work involving small components, requiring solid manual dexterity Follow technical drawings and work instructions accurately Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production and quality targets Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives The ability to obtain, and maintain, Controlled Goods or other security clearances may become part of this role.
