About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Product with a focus on energy, data, and enterprise software. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the overall product strategy and priorities, leading and developing the product management team, and owning the evolution of product roadmaps based on customer, market, and business needs. This role requires close partnership with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership, as well as engagement with customers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and requirements. The VP, Product will also play a key role in supporting product commercialization, launches, positioning, and growth, and will be instrumental in advancing the company's data, analytics, AI,



and software capabilities.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of product management experience, with a strong background in leading product managers and teams within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment. Experience in the energy, commodities, utilities, or a related industry is essential, as is a proven track record in leading enterprise data, analytics, or software products from strategy to adoption. The ideal candidate will have commercial product experience, including customer discovery, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement, with a preference for those with a background in AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data-driven products. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive product vision and execution in a energetic and evolving market.
