Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and coordinate activities tailored to resident interests • Collaborate effectively with staff and volunteers • Maintain accurate program and participation records • Involve residents in programming decisions • Ensure adherence to safety policies at all times

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in recreation and leisure studies • Previous experience with seniors in a care setting • Strong interpersonal skills • Able to manage stress and maintain a positive demeanor • Capable of physical tasks associated with recreation
