• Analyze equipment condition and maintenance effectiveness • Conduct detailed downtime analyses for critical equipment • Improve maintenance procedures and documentation • Lead small projects with guidance from Reliability Engineers • Collaborate with teams to ensure equipment availability

Requirements: • Must be enrolled in a co-op program at university • Two years of academic experience preferred • Strong work ethic and adaptability • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP • Robust organizational and communication skills
