As the Sous Chef, you will: Attend P&L meetings and communicate results to the Regional team Own the profitability of the store Write a competitive annual budget for flawless restaurant operations Utilize earls’ selection, development and recognition programs to create and engaging leader and partner experience Own all back of house routines, systems and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability Develop action plans with leadership teams to improve overall results Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan What we need from you:
