Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and inspect all dishwashing equipment
• Rack dishes properly as they arrive from the front
• Soak and wash cutlery and kitchenware
• Ensure efficient air drying and storage of dishes
• Sanitize heavy equipment as assigned
Requirements:
• Must have Food Safe certification
• Previous experience in dishwashing preferred
• Knowledge of WHMIS is a plus
• Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks
