Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre EGADZ Inc. seeks two Casual Youth Workers for its vibrant Drop-in Centre. This role focuses on fostering relationships and offering essential services, including nutrition and clothing. You will be instrumental in organizing cultural and recreational activities, enhancing youth well-being and community ties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with youth
• Provide nutrition, clothing, and other immediate services
• Lead sports and cultural activities in the community




• Assist in creating a supportive workplace in the Centre
• Develop effective relationships with partnering agencies
Requirements:
• Experience with maintaining confidentiality and setting boundaries
• Strong knowledge of Indigenous cultures and issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
