CRBCL is hiring one coordinator to lead family healing programs within the Family Enhancement and Preservation Team. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee healing programs for families and individual clients • Identify risk factors to develop effective programming • Collaborate with families to promote trauma-informed care • Coordinate with volunteers, staff, and community members • Foster a secure and inclusive environment for all clients

Requirements: • Degree in Human Services or related field • 5+ years of relevant experience • Proven experience planning and leading programs • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
