You will work closely with the Food Service Manager while adhering to food safety regulations and dietary guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of meals for assembly
• Serve food while honoring resident preferences
• Maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen
• Monitor food purchase and quality
• Participate in training of new kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Graduate from a culinary program with Safe Food Handlers certification
• At least two years in food prep and dietary services
• Familiarity with Canadian Food Guide and HACCP
