Key Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough psychosocial assessments and counseling
• Manage short-term case management for clients

• Document client interactions in accordance with regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Two years of relevant healthcare experience, including Indigenous focus
• Proven ability to work with diverse and marginalized groups
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for business use
• Certification in First Aid and CPR Level C
