Become a part time Community Health Worker with the Vancouver Island Health Authority, aiding clients in daily living. This role involves crucial travel, focusing on patient independence from 7 PM to 11 PM.
You'll join a committed health care team responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes. This includes executing delegated tasks and developing effective plans of care. A valid BC driver's license and Home Support/Resident Care Attendant certification are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
