- Provide Home and Auto planning and advice to the personal market
- Acquire new sales through client-focused insurance advice and solutions based on insurance needs analysis
- Proactively engage with potential clients over the phone or in person and establish trusted advisor relationships
- Provide existing clients with excellent advice and client experience to retain their business
- Meet clients virtually or in an RBC Insurance store location
- Expand external networks, capitalize on market opportunities, and generate referrals
- Grow the business through quality sales while maintaining underwriting requirements
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales success through opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and referrals to team members and RBC partners
- Meet the needs of the personal market through the full suite of RBCI Home and Auto products

Requirements

- General Insurance License to sell home and auto insurance
- Proven professional sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Results oriented and driven to succeed, passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs
- Interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills
- Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools




- Bilingualism (French and English) — nice-to-have
- Proven success in achieving sales targets — nice-to-have
- Experience with business development and relationship management — nice-to-have
- An existing network of referrals and centers of influence — nice-to-have
