Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic commercial banking clients Develop trusted advisor relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers Understand client objectives and recommend tailored financial solutions Identify share-of-wallet opportunities across lending, cash management, treasury, investment, and other banking services Source new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients Develop and execute market growth strategies Use market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities and banking solutions Lead credit discussions, secure approvals, and collaborate with internal partners Review lending and cash management agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments Collaborate with product specialists, credit partners, risk teams, and senior leaders Act as an escalation point for complex client situations Provide insights and recommendations for business strategy and portfolio performance Monitor portfolio profitability, risk profile, and return on equity performance Evaluate client relationships and identify opportunities to deepen engagement and optimize returns Prepare executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, market developments, and client trends Ensure activities meet regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management standards Requirements

3-7+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management,



or Business Development Proven success managing complex client relationships and delivering solid sales and revenue results Experience structuring, negotiating, and executing commercial lending transactions Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk assessment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered Credit qualification requirements, where applicable Core Competencies
