A Senior/Staff Software Engineer role is available for a rapidly growing tech company developing AI-powered voice agent infrastructure. The team is building a purpose-built database for conversational AI data and scalable infrastructure to support tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of concurrent voice calls. You will own backend services in TypeScript/Node.js and Python, working with LiveKit, Temporal, and STT/TTS systems while shaping data pipelines and observability.
