Fullscript is hiring a Staff Developer for Team GSD to shape the infrastructure behind internal AI and automation. You’ll design and operate production systems that connect LLMs with company data, tools, and workflows, focusing on security, observability, and scalability. You’ll work autonomously from discovery to production, influence architectural decisions, mentor peers, and help define the GSD roadmap while delivering pragmatic solutions across backend, infra, and internal UIs.
