Transload Facility Operators - 7/7 - $30/hr - Prince George, BC

Falcon Contracting Ltd. is seeking Transload Facility Operators for their industrial terminal in Prince George, BC. These operators will be responsible for rail-to-truck and truck-to-rail transloading services, supporting clients in the mining and oil & gas sectors. The ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a great opportunity for those with experience or a willingness to learn on the job.

What You’ll Need

- 3+ years industry experience or willingness to learn on the job
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn,



railway operations and safety
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to climb railcars, open/close hatches, crawl under railcars, and walk long distances on uneven terrain
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting and general maintenance skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to provide a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment medical/drug/alcohol screen

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR) certification
- Loader/Forklift ticket or operating experience
- Previous experience working at a transload facility or on the railroad
