• Prepare and deliver all meals for residents and guests
• Review menus and production sheets prior to meal prep
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are consistently met
• Complete daily temperature audits for food storage
• Adhere to meal service schedules and budget guidelines
Requirements:
• Must possess a Food Handler’s Certificate
• Red Seal Certificate preferred
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food regulations
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for shifts
