Responsibilities

- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- Investigate and act as security agents for area managers and patrons
- Act as First Responder in Emergency Code Events
- Use audio and video equipment
- Oversee all security and CCTV surveillance issues
- Maintain the administration of security programs
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances

- Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment for hospital setting
- Knowledgeable of safety practices, procedures and guidelines
- Possess a friendly and helpful demeanor and disposition
- Open to new ideas and committed to continuous improvement





Required Qualifications

- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent or minimum 1 year in related field
- Security Guard License
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- First Aid / CPR Certificate
- Level 2 CPIC

Salary

$57,876.00 - $59,514.00
