You will balance technical leadership with people management, guiding delivery, code quality, and secure, compliant software. You will partner with Product, QA, and other R&D; teams to align features with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA, DICOM, HL7) and customer expectations, while fostering growth and collaboration.
