As a Senior Motion Designer, you will direct motion concepts while collaborating with design directors and production teams. Your role combines strong visual design judgment with hands-on expertise in animation, ensuring brand coherence across various media. Your responsibilities include creating storyboards, presenting motion direction, and guiding fellow designers on motion applications.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead motion designs for campaigns and digital content • Translate design systems into effective motion principles • Create storyboards, animatics,



and finished animations • Work with diverse assets like sound and 3D elements • Guide and mentor other designers in motion applications

Requirements: • Robust portfolio showcasing senior motion design work • Advanced proficiency in After Effects or similar tools • Experience from concept to final delivery • Valid Dex Professional Senior Specialist Certification (DEX-PSS) • Knowledge of additional design software preferred
