Become a vital part of the UNB Children's Centre as an Administrative Assistant. This part-time role focuses on supporting educational operations and maintaining effective administrative processes in Fredericton.
Reporting to the Early Childhood Team, your work will include organizing office files, dealing with invoices, and ensuring classroom supplies are ordered timely. You'll also handle communications and assist with workshops, making a lasting impact on our early childhood initiatives. This position involves 25 hours of work per week during standard hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee filing systems and office organization
• Coordinate ordering of office and classroom supplies
• Manage email communications for classroom inquiries




• Assist with financial reconciliations and deposits
• Facilitate various administrative tasks and event planning
Requirements:
• Diploma in office or business administration
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
• Proficient in fundamental accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in various computer applications
