We seek an enthusiastic individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience, particularly in customer service. Responsibilities include greeting members, managing bookings, and performing custodial tasks to maintain a protected and welcoming facility. You'll also be tasked with responding to member inquiries and ensuring accurate records are kept.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally greet members and answer inquiries
• Manage member check-ins and bookings via Glofox
• Conduct regular cleaning and safety checks
• Process payments efficiently and maintain records
• Report maintenance issues to management proactively
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a customer service role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required
• Background check and valid driver's license essential
