Our salary range for this role is $87,000 - $117,000, reflecting the anticipated base salary for a fully qualified candidate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and market conditions.

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Supervisor to help lead and strengthen our safety culture in a manufacturing workplace. In this hands-on leadership role, you will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and site leadership to reduce risk,
support compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a small team of HSE Coordinators while providing day-to-day safety and environmental support to the site.
- Partner with Operations and site leaders to implement HSE programs, training, risk reduction initiatives, and behavior-based safety practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, job safety analyses, and corrective action follow-up.
- Support equipment reviews, machine guarding assessments, and process changes in collaboration with Engineering and Maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Environmental Leadership
- Manage key environmental programs, including air permitting, SWPPP compliance, waste management, and sustainability reporting.
- Work with external consultants and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment; experience leading or mentoring HSE team members is preferred.
- Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations; familiarity with NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, EPA, or DOT is an asset.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Ability to travel up to 10-15%.
