Identify project risks and develop mitigation plansOversee highly complex projects, navigating challenging commercial, political, and strategic landscapesEngage with customer Project Managers, as well as senior IS and Business Management figures (up to VP level) on equal termsFollow-up and successful sign-off of project milestonesHelp manage,grow,and mentor the SAP consulting team for their technical and personality development. Take initiatives for competency building and skill enhancementsIndirect responsibility for driving revenue growth by capturing new customer accounts and growing them over multiple yearsDrive business generation,



presales activities & end-to-end solutions to build winning proposalsYour Skills and Experience:Fluency in French (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.8-10years of professional experience with intense exposure to SAPprojectdeliveryand presalestoglobalcustomersExperience in SCM (EWM, TM, Yard), Logistics or S/4HANA as a Project Manager and/or Consultant is a strong advantageStrong experience in SAP Consulting, and project managementwith deep functional Knowledge of Supply ChainlogisticsprocessesDemonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations in revenue generation and client relationship management.Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.Team management experience, guiding individual consultants and collaborating with local/global teams.Successful delivery of multiple SAP projects (ERP, Supply Chain applications) covering the full project lifecycle:Business process understandingTo-Be solution design in SAPSolution validation with business ownersDesign and development of RICEFW objects in ECC, S/4HANA, EWM, or TM applicationsPresales experience: collaborating with SAP teams, solution and proposal preparation, effort estimation, client presentations, fee negotiations, and finalizing SoW.Must be able to travel to the U.S. without any sponsorship requirements.What we offer:Competitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, benefits)Inspiringandexciting,
