We are looking for a Controller to manage finances for The Sales Factory, recognized as a top outsourced sales company. This hands-on role will utilize tools like QuickBooks or Xero, overseeing the payroll process in Ceridian Dayforce. You'll ensure financial documents are audit-ready while providing direct support to executive leadership. The role promises exciting growth as you automate financial processes and take on ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily financial operations including invoicing and A/P
• Manage payroll from inception to completion in Ceridian Dayforce




• Ensure month-end financial accuracy and readiness for audits
• Facilitate finance-side client onboarding with documentation
• Develop and refine the financial model with leadership input
Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years in progressive accounting roles
• Preferred CPA or CA credentials
• Must be skilled in independently managing payroll
• Exceptional detail orientation and tech-savviness
• Experience with cross-border finance is a bonus
