- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- In-depth understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is an asset.
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
