Edison Properties seeks a dedicated General Labourer for our Winnipeg sites to enhance our property management efforts. This full-time role includes essential manual tasks, teamwork, and customer service to support our operations.
In this role, you’ll contribute to activities such as removing garbage, operating machinery, and maintaining our properties. Your proactive communication and problem-solving skills will be vital in collaborating with trades and staff on-site at Fort Garry Place and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct garbage and recycling maintenance tasks
• Operate equipment and run scrap metal collections
• Assist with moving company furniture and cleaning areas
• Organize and maintain tools and maintenance shops
• Perform snow removal during the winter season
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of operator experience required
• Valid Driver’s License and transparent Criminal Record Check
• Capable of lifting heavy loads and working outside
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential
• Commitment to health and safety regulations necessary
