We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our senior living community as Senior Living Service Staff. In this role, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents while supporting their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous and respectful assistance to residents.
Support dining, hospitality, and resident service activities.
Assist with community events, recreational programs, and social activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident and common areas.
Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns.
Observe and report changes in residents' well-being to appropriate staff.
Follow safety, infection control, and community policies.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare,



customer service, or related fields is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with older adults.
Dependable, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required.
Current background check and any required certifications (if applicable).
