Role Summary

Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while sharing Vietnamese coffee culture. Creating a positive guest experience is a major requirement — every drink must be served with care and the goal of putting a smile on every customer’s face.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare beverages and menu items to company standards
Deliver warm, friendly, and consistent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
Previous barista experience is required
Vietnamese and English required
Friendly,



welcoming personality and strong customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
Versatile availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Certification
Food Handler Certification preferred
