Assess the impacts of change on roles, skills and ways of working
Analyze training needs and develop learning strategies
Design the learning paths and training plans of the program
Develop training content, user guides, task aids and performance support tools
Collaborate with business experts to transform operational impacts into educational content
Support and animate the network of superusers and change agents
Coordinate training activities and support stakeholders
Develop indicators of training readiness, adoption and effectiveness
Collect and analyze feedback from participants
Support deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities
Design and deploy large-scale training programs
Develop training materials and performance support tools
Translate business and technological impacts into concrete learning activities
Demonstrate excellent analytical, synthesis and popularization skills
Use Microsoft 365 tools effectively (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Demonstrate comfort with generative artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot
Integrate generative AI into the way we work while respecting information privacy and security requirements
Produce deliverables related to program change management.
The profile we are looking for is as follows: Hold an undergraduate degree in administration, human resources, education, educational technology or a related discipline
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in change management in the context of large-scale transformation projects
Demonstrate significant experience in instructional design and the development of learning strategies
Master organizational impact analysis and organizational preparation
Have participated in complex technology projects (CRM, ERP, digital transformation or cloud migration)
Master recognized methodologies and practices in change management
Possess an excellent knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Know agile methodologies
This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and qualified communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
