Overview
We are growing company seeking skilled Fabricators/Welders to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work effectively with various materials and machinery. This role requires experience using fluxcore, metalcore and solid wire and work in a face pace environment. Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.
Operate welding equipment to join metal parts using various welding techniques
Rig and operate cranes for moving heavy materials safely within the workspace.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills




Proficient in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) and fabrication processes.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Skilled in machining processes for precise component fabrication.
Capable of rigging loads safely for crane operation.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a team setting.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour

Experience:
FCAW/MCAW welding: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
Do have current CWB tickets? (preferred)
