Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Reconcile accounts
Prepare payroll
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare tax returns
Requirements
Must have a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
Must have 5 years or more of experience in accounting.
Must be able to communicate in
English and fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
Must be willing to work at the physical location.
Must be able to supervise 1 to 2
people.
Must have experience and knowledge in Quickbooks.
Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check.
Must be able to work in a quick-paced workplace, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines,
maintain attention to detail, and manage a large caseload.
Must be accurate,
client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, a team player, and have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and valuable judgment.
