Wasabi Sushi is looking for a reliable Sushi Maker / Kitchen Staff member to join our team in Etobicoke.

No previous sushi experience is required. We provide full training. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, learns quickly, and is interested in a long-term position.

Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi rolls and other menu items
Prepare ingredients for daily service
Follow recipes and portion standards
Pack pickup and delivery orders
Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and organized
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Work efficiently during busy hours

Requirements:
Reliable and punctual
Willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team
Weekend availability




Previous kitchen or sushi experience is an asset, but not required

What we offer:
$17.60–$22.00 per hour depending on experience
