Manage and coordinate employee wellness initiatives
Support recognition and learning development programs
Document and report on program outcomes
Collaborate with team leaders and vendors
Oversee the organization of training and events

Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in related roles
Post-secondary education in relevant fields
Proficiency in HRIS and safety systems
Clean driver's abstract needed for employment
In-person work required at Parkland County Centre
