Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance
Provide repair recommendations and cost estimates to customers
Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive repair or service advisor role preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and repairs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
Sales experience is a plus
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
